Tim is the Deputy Managing Director and Strategic Director, Place for the City of Wolverhampton Council and his portfolio of responsibilities include City Development, City Housing, City Transport, City Environment, Corporate Property and Commercialism. Tim is responsible for raising the profile of the City and driving the City's Economic growth agenda, attracting major investment to the City, including delivering a massive city centre regeneration programme. He works extensively with partners across the Black Country and wider West Midlands region on developing investment propositions and driving innovative new approach to public services.
Tim has over 20 years’ experience in local government working for Liverpool City Council, London Borough of Hillingdon, Doncaster MBC and Walsall MBC before joining the City of Wolverhampton Council in May 2013.
Tim represents the Council on a number of external forums across the city and region including undertaking the role of Governor at the City of Wolverhampton College and chairing the City’s new Housing Company WV Living.
