In his role as Chief Executive, Haydn will lead the team at a very important stage in the evolution of the mixed-used 1,600 acre estate in Edgbaston, as it focuses on the continued success of the business and drives forward its multi-million pound regeneration portfolio. He will oversee the sustainable growth of Edgbaston Village, Edgbaston Medical Quarter and Pebble Mill, alongside the rejuvenation of the Commercial Centre and major projects to include New Garden Square. 

Haydn has worked extensively for both the Grosvenor and Cadogan Estates in London, and most recently for the Duchy of Cornwall and as an advisor to the Duchy of Lancaster.  He commented:
